
The Master in Management (MiM), Finance track, also known as "Grande Ecole," is a two-year academic programme, taught entirely in English. It is designed to provide you with the academic background and competencies required for an international career in finance.
Our flagship programme, the EDHEC Master in Management (Grande Ecole) programme awards graduate-level students and young professionals a Master in Management degree with the opportunity to complete a Master of Science. The MIM Finance track is a CFA Partner programme. The partnership with the CFA Institute, the world’s largest association of investment professionals, provides access to various on-campus CFA resources and you can prepare for the CFA Level I, a professional diploma, whilst completing your degree.
This partnership gives a strong indication of the close ties between EDHEC and the industry and further emphasises the quality of EDHEC programmes and their relevance to business. Its broad curriculum gives equal attention to corporate finance and capital markets and allows participants to develop expertise in corporate financial strategy, investment banking, financial accounting, reporting and analysis, risk management; and equity and fixed income portfolio management. CFA curriculum textbooks are used as core programme readings to maximise participants' industry readiness
Upon completion of the Master in Management (MiM), Finance track you will master all of the specific knowledge, abilities and personal attributes required for success in life in the business world. Graduates of the programme are innovative thinkers who can easily adapt to change and excel in complex situations.

You will learn the fundamentals of finance through academic coursework and will have constant interaction with business executives. You will gain the technical competencies required for your mandatory internships.

Your professional immersion or exchange programmes
Work experience is a crucial step towards employment: many students find their current positions as a result of their internships. This experience is also an opportunity to reflect on your choice of specialisation in year 3. On completion of your internships between year 1 and year 3, you will have the opportunity to complete one of the five Master of Science offered by EDHEC.

The Master of Finance programme can be completed in 12 or 18 months and can replace the Master 2 year at EDHEC.

The Stanford Summer Session /International Honors Program (SIHP) combines top-notch teaching with cultural, social, and geographical activities. As an EDHEC Master 1 student you can study on the Palo Alto campus, for 8 weeks. A large set of courses are available in topics such as Innovation, Data Management, Verbal Communication, and economics. Upon completion of the required courses, you will receive a Stanford SIS Certificate.

The EDHEC Master in Management degree is a level 7 qualification (Bac +5) jointly awarded by the French State which confers the Grade Master. This degree is certified by the CNCP (Commission Nationale de la Certification Professionnelle) under the RNCP registration code 25332.

All admitted candidates are automatically considered for an EDHEC scholarship. Results from the scholarship committee are announced by email at the same time as the admission result. The International Students Office (ISO) assists students to settle in smoothly in France by organising orientation events and multicultural seminars to welcome international students to EDHEC Campuses in Lille and Nice. Complementary courses in French are offered to all international students enrolled in our MSc programmes. Our French classes cover all learning levels, from complete beginner to advanced study. The goal is to support your acculturation to French culture and give you the linguistic foundation—grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing and listening—to express yourself in the French language.
