  • Le Wagon: Le Wagon is a career booster for business school students about to work in technological environments. This training will help you differentiate yourself from a more traditional profile when you are looking for Product Manager or Data Analyst positions. Le Wagon hands over all the tools you will need to develop a project or work hand in hand with a technical team and comprehend their mindset. As the saying goes "The code is the new alphabet", therefore learning how to code through Le Wagon Bootcamp is a great opportunity!
  • Google Analytics: Analytics Academy will teach you how to use Google's measurement tools to help you grow a business by implementing intelligent data collection and analysis methods. You can get individual certification.
  • Challenge Le Tableau: EDHEC's MSc in Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence gives students in-depth knowledge by mastering Tableau, the interactive data-visualization software and holds a challenge.

Artificial Intelligence is one of the most disruptive technologies emerging today. This course will form managers to understand the impacts of AI, separate the vision from the practical application and structure transformative initiatives. The course requires you to work in teams to deliver their analysis on apreassigned topic shared with the other students from their MSc; the output takes the shape of an academic poster and a pitch video, that will be evaluated by your peers.

This course provides insights into some techniques required for customer modelling. Especially, you will be able to build CRM models for customer acquisition/up- or cross-sell/customer churn and segmentation, to take appropriate business decisions based on the outcomes of analytical models and communicating results and conclusions towards professionals, and to analyze and develop a customer management strategy for an organisation.

You will learn how to use Tableau Software to create advanced, interactive dashboards and create Data Visualizations that helps to answer business questions and make decisions.

In business and society, in general, there is an abundance of data available. The process of retrieving useful information from these data is called data mining. In this course, we present different data mining methods and show they can be useful for management purposes. We will perform analysis using the R software. The focus is on understanding, intuition, limitations, and practical use of the methods.

The objective of this course is to introduce you to the strategic and tactical issues of digital marketing and for you to apply this knowledge in case studies and exercises.

This course will focus on understanding the opportunities and implications of artificial intelligence in the management of companies, organizations, industries and business ecosystems.  It will also discuss the innovations that support managers in the incubation, evolution, adoption and implementation of AI tech.

This course provides an introduction to statistical learning algorithms with a focus on regression, supervised classification and scoring methods. After a presentation of the mathematical setting, the lecture presents some of the most important learning algorithms (penalized regressions, tree algorithms, boosting, random forests). For each algorithm, a particular focus will be done on the estimation of the performances. Applications of the proposed methods on real and simulated data are presented.

  • Part 1: Provide you with a basic knowledge of the R programming language. The coding tools will be used to analyse Google, smartphone and climate data, among others.
  • Part 2: Introduce you to project methodology. Bring you closer the cutting edge in R with interactive rendering (shiny, leaflet).

Collection and analysis of data enhance business insights. Statistical models are powerful tools for data analysis. The most well-known statistical model is the linear regression model, where a variable of interest is explained and predicted by a collection of other variables. In this course, we start from the linear regression model and show how it can be applied and extended. The focus is on understanding the methods and applying them to data using the software.

In business practice, it is important to forecast future values of business and economics series like sales, profit, inflation, and many other economic and business performance indicators. Time series modelling allows us to make such forecasts. The course focuses on methods and insights. You will learn to use software for time series forecasting.

The commercial exploitation of advanced data analytics and big data raises a number of concerns from an ethical viewpoint, ranging from privacy, discrimination, manipulative nudging all the way to risks of deepening social inequalities. At the same time big data holds the promise of improving ourknowledge about human behaviour and society, which could, if well used, ease precisely the aforementioned problems.

In this course, you will get the foundational understanding of where we are today with Artificial Intelligence (AI) both from a technology standpoint and from a business standpoint - AI is defined as a collection of technologies inspired by the goal of understanding and implementing intelligent behaviours. Key AI technologies will be covered like machine learning, deep learning and computer vision, natural language processing and a strong focus will be on the business implications of AI.

Business Analytics

Contemporary approaches to business, and especially marketing, emphasize the importance of adopting a customer focus. Notably, an essential component of success is customer/consumer insights. The objective of this course is to acquire knowledge about where and how such customer intelligence can be gathered. In this course, you will learn how to collect and interpret various offline and online customer intelligence methodologies and learn how to transform such data into customer-based strategies using experimental designs, text mining and customer journey analysis.

Data regulation is a fundamental issue in data and business analytics. This course is designed to provide you with the key concepts and issues related to data ownership and protection (e.g., consumer’s privacy). Moreover, a special focus on the GDPR will be conducted during the course.

The purpose of this course is to identify the main stakeholders around Digital Marketing from a business perspective, and explore how they actually interact with each other.

This course has two main objectives. First, it prepares you for the challenges of managing innovation & digital transformation within existing companies. Second, it makes you aware of the different generic use cases of Big Data in companies and allows them to develop a high-level Big Data Strategy.

The Social Network Analytics (SNA) course aims to change the way you make sense of your world and of your networks by moving you from an atomistic approach to a connected approach. The goal of the SNA course is to equip you with the knowledge, techniques and tools that enable you to analyze and leverage social networks to meet personal and professional performance.

This course will explore the essentials of supply chain technologies, performances and analytics. Especially, the core methodologies in supply chain analysis and modelling will be presented and discussed through case studies. Moreover, you will learn how choices are made with respect to corporate strategy, brand, and time to market.

This course will emphasize principles, concepts, and systems used in digital marketing, SEO (search engine optimization), SEA (search engine advertising) and SEM (search engine marketing). This lecture is adapted to students who want to work in the digital sector and will give them skills and competencies for operational decision in the digital sector. A focus will be done on the certification and keywords referencing (Ads/Analytics). In this course, you will learn how to drive traffic to a website through a multi-channel approach and convert visitors into customers. You will also learn how to create effective digital campaign strategies using viral marketing and online ads with Google Ads.

Data Sciences

This course will provide deep insights into some of the techniques required for statistical and machine learning. Special attention will be paid to the theoretical and mathematical foundations of the field (empirical risk minimization, supervised and unsupervised classification, prediction, performance guarantees, etc.).

This course will provide mathematical and statistical foundations of parametric, semi-parametric and non-parametric models.

Data regulation is a fundamental issue in data and business analytics. This course is designed to provide you the key concepts and issues related to dataownership and protection (e.g., consumer’s privacy). Moreover, a special focus on the GDPR will be conducted during the course.

This course will provide insights into some of the techniques required for deep learning, especially Perceptron, multilayers perceptron, convolutional neural networks, and recurrent neural networks.

Python is a programming language that is widely used in business and finance to solve a broad range of problems, as its high-level nature and enormous set oflibraries has made it extremely powerful. This course will enable you to become familiar with the Python programming language and how it can be used to do complex data analysis and visualization, and professionally perform programming tasks applied to business and finance related topics.

The main objective of the course is to showcase the specificities of data management challenges in companies. In industry settings, data management (before the formal statistical analysis) is about 60% to 80% of the work. As data is the fuel for companies to better understand their customers and to better analyze business activities, data management allows companies to be more competitive.

The objectives of this course is twofold (i) discuss several state-of-the art machine learning methods tweaked towards business applications (ii) make optimaldecisions, interpret and measure performance in the given business context. Focus is on learning from data collected over time, e.g. transaction process data or financial return data, since business data typical have a time component.

We use a powerful and intuitive User Interface to understand and apply machine/deep learning concepts. Furthermore, we aim at understanding concepts of computer vision and natural language processing. At the end you should feel themselves comfortable using Dataiku’s software to handle visual and textualdata. You are expected to build a project from data connection, to data prep, operationalization and reporting. This course is also an opportunity to have acollaborative approach to data science thanks to group discussions.
