Written on 20 Oct 2016.

Today, 130 students from the MSc Marketing Management programme at EDHEC attended a 3-hour session with the representatives from their programme sponsor Groupe SEB on our Lille Campus. Sarah Meskell, Campus Manager at Groupe SEB & Matthieu Grousson, Product Manager on Steam stations at Groupe SEB & EDHEC Alumnus presented the brief for a case on Linen care category market in France.

Two objectives lead the case:
♦  Identify a relevant insight that would justify the launch of a connected product on linen care market
♦  Define the product / service that would best answer this insight

‘Having Groupe SEB, our corporate sponsor, intervene and present real life cases makes a total difference to our students’ experience. Not only are they exposed to the reality of the market, but are their learnings immediately brought to another level. This particular case today will enable our students to develop their skills on working on real life projects and I was so pleased to witness the reaction of our students.” Matthieu Grousson adds: “It was great to share with students our everyday challenges. We look forward to seeing the creativity and the value they will bring to this project ” said the Programme Director, MSc Marketing Management programme Guergana GUINTCHEVA
