I was attracted to the EDHEC Business School’s MSc in Financial Markets for the quality of its programme, the multicultural environment of the campus and the fact that it was in the top 5 of the Financial Times ranking list.

It is no surprise that this year the MSc is ranked first in the list. What makes the degree worthy of such recognition, in my opinion, is that it prepares you for a specific field in finance and it allows you to understand exactly what is expected from you and what you might encounter throughout your career.

The teachers are top professionals in the industry and this is valuable because it gave us the opportunity to be advised by people who excel in their sphere. On top of that, EDHEC organises many events. This let us exchange ideas and meet potential employers. We were also able to practice our interviewing techniques by preparing for the various recruitment fairs.

I am convinced that EDHEC contributes a lot to the industry because it manages to understand the requirements and expectations of the employers and at the same time develops our potential, which makes us top candidates for a large variety of positions.

I believe being challenged every day and having to prepare numerous individual and group projects allowed me to expand my knowledge, to strengthen my teamwork abilities, interpersonal skills and to grow professionally.
